4 Ways to Brand Your Client’s Experience

So you’ve had your brand designed for you, and you’re ready to put it to work! How can you best serve your client and ‘brand’ their experience with you? How can you guarantee they’ll be returning for more, by making sure their experience with you is wonderful? Here are four effective ways to put your brand design into action and create some marketing materials for your business.

4 Ways to Brand Your Client Experience

1 | Postcards

Include little postcards with each order. These can be traditionally sized to a 4x6 rectangle, or in a modern square shape. Some things to include on the postcard could be:

  • The square or monogram version of your logo

  • History of your business

  • Care or use instructions for your product

To brand your postcard, make sure some version of your logo is included, plus any additional elements your designer may have included such as custom illustrations, color palette, etc.

2 | Business Cards

Business cards are not things of the past! Carry them with you always, and be sure they are fully branded to match your business. Your business card should include:

  • Logo, full version, either horizontal or square format

  • Your name, clearly visible

  • Your tagline or a short summary of what you do/offer/sell

  • Ways to contact you (email, phone, social media)

To complete your branded business card, make sure your color palette is incorporated in some way, as well as any additional illustrative elements your designer may have included for you.

3 | Email Templates

Make sure your email templates are fully branded! You’ll want to use your brand color palette (usually provided by your designer in your brand style guide) to keep your emails looking beautiful. Use your colors’ hex codes (the #FFFFF-type number) to make sure your color palette is accurate and you’re always using the same colors!

4 | Stickers

Okay, this last one is just for fun, but how cute would it be to include branded stickers with each order? Or use them to seal a package, or hand them out at markets? These are so easy to order from Sticker Mule, just upload your logo and buy!
