Designing for Madison was such a joy!

In the creative brief, we talked a bit about how she brings a calming presence to each photo session while keeping her clients excited about the process. She provides authenticity, honesty, and some unorthodox FUN in her images, digging past the surface to bring her clients' personalities, emotions, and experiences to the forefront. To that end, we decided that her brand should evoke emotions of excitement, relatability, fun, and adventure in her ideal client.

I decided to create a logo that incorporates who Madison is in simple ways. We wanted to communicated what she's all about to her clients without overwhelming OR undersimplifying.

The main logo makes use of a solid font that I customized with little details to symbolize her attention to detail and her ability to look past the outside and understand what her clients are feeling. Obviously, we had to include some hand-drawn elements as well!
